Who I am

Should I say welcome? Nevertheless you found my cave so please wipe your shoes before entering. I'm an 18 year old guy living in Denmark. My name is Philip Jensen and when I'm not out with my camera, I'm most likely studying. There isn't much time left before I graduate *YES!*

I live at my father's place just a bike-ride from everything: School, mom and sis and my lovely girlfriend. Besides being a photography-"freak" I play the piano and enjoy watching and training sports.

I started this "hobby" of mine back in August 2007 when I decided to buy a Canon EOS 400D. Photoshop I already knew and I've been using it since approximately 2003. Somehow the mix of surreal art and reality had (and still have) always interrested me. I find photomanipulations very fascinating and unfortunately I don't do enough of these. (but that's about to chance)

In 2010 this photoblog will be filled with even more "crazy" pictures and maybe some photo-manipulations. Why do you ask? (if anyone is reading this) Because I love the post-proccesing and how beautiful the results can get. Furthermore the tutorials-section will soon be up and running and will be having small-tutorials plus mini-psd-files in a kind of "see and explore" way.
